Enrollment for New Students at Horizons CTSN is currently closed.

Please check back in December for more information to enroll your child in the program for Summer 2027.

New student applicants must be Norwalk residents who will enter Kindergarten in the Fall of 2027 and meet the financial requirement of qualifying for free or reduced fee lunch in the state of Connecticut.
