New Students

We are currently accepting applications for Pre-K students that will be attending Kindergarten in the Fall of 2025.  There are a limited number of openings for this class. The Summer 2025 Program dates are 6/25/25 - 8/1/25.

The New Student Application Deadline is March 1st, 2025  

In order for your application to be complete you must fill out your application online and upload, mail, or email the following documents by March 1st. The mailing address is Horizons at CT State Norwalk, PO Box 244, Norwalk CT 06853 and the email address is kmarin@horizonsncc.org.

Required Forms

• Teacher Evaluation Form. Click here for form. Please bring this form to your child's PreK teacher.  Please note that this form is confidential and must be returned directly to Horizons at CT State Norwalk by your child’s teacher.
• Copy of your 2023 1040 Tax return
• Report Card (K-8th applicants only)
• IEP or 504 plan (if applicable)

You and your student may be asked for an interview if you qualify for the program and have submitted all required documents.

Admissions decisions will be released in April. A mandatory parent orientation will also take place prior to the beginning of the summer program.  If your child is eligible, but not admitted, he/she will be placed on a wait list in the event that a space becomes available.
