“This place is a second home. I'm happy that my parents brought me here. Instead of being at home watching tv doing nothing, I'm here learning. Horizons prepares me. In kindergarten they prepared me for 1st grade, then 2nd, then 3rd, and now they're preparing me for 4th!” - HCTSN Student
